Beau Sejour Leisure Centre

Situated in St Peter Port, Beau Sejour is a modern leisure centre, and an ideal location to host a wide range of corporate social or sporting events.  The complex includes a range of rooms and modern leisure facilities, including a theatre, seminar rooms and halls.  All of the rooms and spaces are designed for flexible usage to suit the requirements for your event.

Facilities available:
Sir John Loveridge Hall.  Formal dinner or presentation event to 700.   Theatre seating for 1300

David Ferguson Hall.  Function room accommodates up to 500 guests or 840 guests in theatre style.

Cambridge, Delancey and Saumarez rooms offer smaller meeting room facilities for between 30-120 guests

Guernsey Museum and Art Gallery

Set in the magnificent Candie Gardens, "The Story of Guernsey" is a permanent exhibition featuring fine objects from prehistoric to modern times.  The Art Gallery exhibits varying selections from its permanent collection and also has a temporary exhibition area, which changes several times a year. Museum foyer, shop and café Victoria provide areas suitable for evening entertainment throughout the year. 

These spaces can accommodate up to 100 guests depending on the nature of the event.  Guests can have full access to all of the exhibition areas.

Castle Cornet

Built by the English after the loss of Normandy in 1204, Castle Cornet is the ancient Royal fortress standing guard over the town and harbour of St Peter Port.  With its own garrison as recently as the 20th Century, the castle is one of Guernsey’s most prestigious locations for events, both indoors and out.

Facilities available:
Amherst room – accommodates up to 70 guest

Hatton Gallery – up to 150 guests can be accommodated in grand style

Outdoors – several other areas are available for events where guests can enjoy stunning unrivalled views over St Peter Port. The maximum capacity for the castle grounds are open to discussion

Fort Grey

Fort Grey is a "Martello" Tower built in 1804 to defend Guernsey’s west coast against the French.  Built on the site of the Château du Rocquaine, the fort now houses a Shipwreck Museum exhibiting a wide range of objects recovering from ships that foundered on the treacherous west coast rocks.

The outdoor lawn area has a maximum capacity of 100 people standing

Vale Castle

The impressive shell of this late medieval fort with its Napoleonic additions overlooks St Sampson’s harbour on the east coast of the Island.  The Castle’s history as a site for defensive fortification goes way beyond the structural remains we can see today, as there is evidence that this fortress was built upon an Iron-age Hill Fort.

Château des Marais

The Château des Marais is situated in St Peter Port, opposite Belle Grève Bay.  Within the ground are the remains of a Norman Motte and Bailey Castle dating from the late 12th to early 13th century and it is thought to be one of the oldest castles on the island.  But its history goes back much further than the 12th Century, to Bronze Age Man who used this rocky knoll around 3800 years ago.

St. James Concert Hall

Located in the heart of St. Peter Port, a unique, stunning and versatile venue in which to hold an extensive variety of activities.

One of the largest auditoriums in the island with acclaimed acoustics, seating nearly 600.

A new annex comprising the stunning Dorey Room and Terrace, and three further function/meeting rooms. Excellent public and technical services. Dressing Room accommodation.  Cafe with Terrace, separate bar facilities and on-site catering for functions large or small.

Facilities available:
The Whittaker Hall can seat 600 people for conferences, concerts or presentations and is fully equipped with staging, lighting and sound systems.
It can also seat up to 200 people for banquets, dinner dances, wedding receptions, exhibitions and themed occasions

Dorey Room provides seating for up to 120 people for meetings, seminars, presentations, recitals or facilities for large dinner parties. It has an open-air balcony running the length of the room and a bar is available

Founders Room can seat up to 40 people theatre style or 20 people boardroom style and it has 2 syndicate rooms – The Walter Room & NM Rothschild Room

Princess Royal Centre for Performing Arts

Impressive double height foyer features a large box office, bar and refreshment area, cloakroom and toilets.  A staircase and lift lead up to the first floor where there is a further seating area and access across a glass and stainless steel bridge to the balcony level of the auditorium.


The triple height auditorium can seat 300 in traditional theatre style set up and up to 400 with additional seating.  The first floor galleries wrap around the auditorium providing additional standing room.


The PRCPA also has three ‘break out’ rooms, which can be hired in conjunction with or independently of the main space. 


The Green Room has a small kitchen, a computer suite and would be suitable as a meeting room, small conference room, teaching or exam facility for up to 30 people. 

Drama Studio is a large ‘black box’ space which can seat 60 – 70 people in an audience set up for film showings, presentations etc. as it has a full black out facility.  It also has a fully sprung dance floor and its own lighting rig and sound equipment.   

Dance Studio is a ‘white’ space, light and airy with a fully sprung floor, floor to ceiling mirrors (or curtains) and a minimal lighting rig.

Sausmarez Manor

Ideal for small meetings and incentives, Sausmarez Manor is considered to be one of the finest examples of Queen Anne colonial architecture in the British Isles.

Set in wild woodland sub-tropical gardens, the house reflects the changing fortunes of the island and the family of the Seigneur since 1220. The fine front was built at the bequest of the 1st Governor of New York.

As well as a 9 hole par 3 pitch and putt course, the gardens host one of the most interesting sculpture parks in Britain, with works by over 90 artists, placed informally around 2 small lakes and woodland trail.

Facilities available:
Small seminars can be accommodated inside the manor or 300 guests can be accommodated using a magnificent marquee in the grounds. The Sausmarez Manor also benefits from a large car park.

Set in rolling acres of beautiful parkland, woodland and lakes, The St. Pierre Park boasts fantastic facilities for both leisure and business guests.

La Fontaine Suite is the principal banqueting suite seating 312 for a dinner dance or up to 360 banqueting style. La Petite Fontaine Suite is an extension to this suite and can be used for smaller meetings for up to 60 people formally seated or 48 with a buffet.

La Seigneurie Suite accommodates 200 delegates seated in theatre style and 130 in classroom layout. La Petite Seigneurie accommodates up to 50 delegates and is a natural extension to the main conference suite.
