Zoe leads the VisitGuernsey team and oversees all aspects of its work, ensuring that every campaign and initiative is aligned with the island’s wider marketing objectives. She is responsible for delivering the outcomes set out in the marketing strategy and plays a key role in shaping the direction of tourism promotion. As a member of the Tourism Management Board, Zoe brings strategic insight and a strong ability to build collaborative relationships, particularly with local trade partners. Outside work, you’ll either find Zoe across the water relaxing in Herm, kicking a ball around with her son in front of a Cobo sunset, or tending to an extraordinarily large array of vegetables in her greenhouse.

Sam leads PR and creative for VisitGuernsey, overseeing our digital, print, and social advertising campaigns. He collaborates closely with PR agencies in London, Paris, Germany, and locally to attract top-tier journalists and influencers to the Islands, curating bespoke itineraries that highlight the very best of our destination. Outside the office, you’ll likely find Sam running along the west coast, rowing the east coast, or tucked into a corner at a wedding - playing the violin.

Jo leads travel trade and cruise for VisitGuernsey, representing the island at numerous international events. Her role involves developing existing and new relationships with tour operators and tourism contacts, delivering travel news and training to agents, and supporting the development of new products to align with customer insights and travel trends. Jo's extensive experience and local knowledge make her a key player in promoting Guernsey as a top destination and raising the islands profile. Outside the office, you'll likely find Jo walking her rescue greyhound or heading out for a sea swim.

Emily works closely with industry, event, and activity partners to help them promote themselves and showcase the very best of the Islands. Having worked in the VisitGuernsey team for over 12 years, she brings a wealth of experience across key areas including cruise & trade relations, the visiting journalist programme, and our digital and social platforms. Emily currently assists the Tourism Management Board in administering their annual funding grants, as well as providing wider support with the board’s operational matters. Outside the office, you’ll most likely find her chasing after her two young children along Guernsey’s stunning west coast beaches.

Callum works closely with local and off-island tourism stakeholders, helping to promote their business, develop marketing plans, and respond to any challenges. He also supports a variety of projects and events for VisitGuernsey. Callum's dedication to fostering strong relationships helps to support businesses and enhance the overall visitor experience. Outside the office, you'll find Callum in the gym or enjoying time with friends and family.

Joanna works with local stakeholders to maximise their consumer offering on the VisitGuernsey website, and also supports with the management of the island’s visiting journalist and influencer programme, alongside the team’s PR agencies in London, Paris, and on-island. Joanna is the team’s first port of call for copywriting and editing, and has a keen eye for detail. Outside of work, you’ll find her on the tennis court, lifting heavy things in the gym, or curled up with a book.

Lorenzo manages our Partnership packages, designed to help raise awareness of your business(es) and special offers and drive traffic to your respective websites. He also offers marketing support to some bespoke sport partnerships and events. Outside the office, you’ll likely find him “dad dancing” with his daughter, tinkering with his vegetable patch, or eating cheese. He likes cheese.

Ed is the supervisor at the Visitor Information Centre. He oversees the visitor information centre team, daily operations, ensuring that visitors receive top-notch service and information about the island. Outside the office, you'll find Ed coaching Judo or spending time with his family in Herm.

Caroline is one of two locally based Inspectors for the accommodation sector at VisitGuernsey. She issues boarding permits and star-rating certificates for a wide range of accommodations, from yurts to 5-star hotels. Caroline is often the first point of contact when issues arise, acting as a liaison between guests and local businesses to ensure a positive resolution for all. Outside of work, you'll likely find Caroline enjoying BBQs and beach life in summer, and bracing cliff walks in winter.
