VisitGuernsey and Visit Jersey collaborate at ITB
At the beginning of March, we attended the world’s leading travel show – the ITB – in Berlin, which played host to 5,600 exhibitors and 100,000 attendees.
As part of our new drive to collaborate more with Visit Jersey, a joint stand under the guise of Visit the Channel Islands, allowed us to target a European market that view the Channel Islands as a multi-island holiday destination.

Islands Unlimited Update
From Friday 30th May, Islands Unlimited will commence a new inter-island ferry service between Guernsey and Jersey, with two crossings on weekdays and three crossings at weekends.
Please remember to promote the new service to your customers, particularly their early bird offer, which gives a 50% discount on all children’s tickets (ages 4 – 15) booked before Wednesday 30th April. To buy tickets and view the full schedule, click here.
Baonjour! We are open
Our new Visitor Information Centre is now open. We are thrilled with our new home, which is in a prime location in the historic Market Building. The area is buzzing with activity, new restaurants and shops are opening around us and we will be at the heart of the activity for the Street Food Festival in April, Liberation Day celebrations on 9th May and more as we head into the summer months.

Liberation Day update
With less than a month to go until Liberation Day, we are approaching the final stages of organising the big day - and of course all of the supporting events and activities that will take place over the following weekend and coming months. One of those is the launch of the Liberation Trail. In collaboration with a wide range of cultural and heritage partners the trail provides the perfect opportunities for visitors to immerse themselves in the stories of those who endured, resisted, and ultimately rejoiced as freedom returned to Guernsey’s shores.
