New Tourism Management Board

The Committee for Economic Development has approved a new policy direction of moving the responsibility for developing a tourism strategy and for providing oversight of the delivery and implementation of the marketing and events plans for Guernsey to a new arm’s length body – the Tourism Management Board.

02 December 2022

The board will be responsible for developing the long-term strategy for Tourism, working alongside the Committee for Economic Development.

This is an exciting and challenging time for Guernsey with a new direction, healthy inward investment and increasingly competitive environment. We believe in the future of Tourism and Guernsey and are looking for a dynamic chair to help push this forward.

If you want to shape the direction of Guernsey’s tourism industry, are passionate, driven and have plenty of fresh ideas, you could be the new chair we need.

If you have any questions or would like to speak to the Director of Marketing and Tourism before applying for this role, please email mary.putra@gov.gg
